2) Facebook messages – send love problems via Facebook page (search for lovelifehotline@ymail.com).

Call appointment charge is P50 per call (maximum length of call per session only up to 30mins.) and Facebook question charge is P20 per message.

To request for call schedule, follow these steps:

1.      Text request with the following format:

 

MYSCHED<space>Name/Location/Age/The number where you want Ate Love to call you

And send to 0906-248-2400

 

2.      Wait for payment details to be sent back to you in reply

3.      When you have sent payment, Ate Love will send you a confirmation message stating that your payment was received. This message will also include your permanent call time and date slot.

4.      Wait for Ate Love’s call on the scheduled date/time. If you miss the call or reject it, your service application will be considered sold and expired. View online manual for full details regarding terms and conditions. Once you have registered for the appointment, all terms and conditions automatically apply.

3. Any errors made by customers during payment process and other actions cannot be reversible, refundable or exchangeable. All details of correct procedures are contained within referred links given to all customers.
4. Any client who uses foul, obscene, and unnecessary comments, Facebook messages and posts, mobile phone calls and SMS messages can be subject to service termination and blocking without client knowledge. 6.  LoveLifeHotline/Ate Love agrees to keep all requested personal information private at all costs unless permitted by client (e.g. in publishing of testimonials). We ensure that proper steps, permissions, and other forms of ensuring consent are to be taken for the safety of our clients’ information.
7. Any changes in service procedures that may occur as unintentional and unavoidable proceedings will be forwarded to clients concerned. We assure you complete and absolute knowledge of all details under your registered service choice.
8. LoveLifeHotline/Ate Love reserves the right to reject, ignore, and reply to messages depending on client-administration circumstances, agreements, and conditions. All forms of public interaction with the service administration personnel are strictly business inclined.
